In order to ensure the use of oil, people gradually develop to large deep wells and high slope wells, but the difficulty of oil exploitation is gradually increasing, so the parts and components of oil exploitation require good wear resistance, corrosion resistance or impact resistance. As a wear-resistant part in petroleum machinery wells, cemented carbide bushing is high hardness, good wear resistance, high finish and other properties. Cemented carbide bushing have been more and more widely used in modern society to meet the needs of daily use and special properties. Factory adopt spray welding technology to improve the durability and service life of cemented carbide bushing. The hardness of cemented carbide bushing after spray welding can reach better wear resistance of HRC60, which can meet the requirements of petroleum machinery industry. But the cemented carbide bushing after spray welding needs to be machined in order to ensure the size requirements and accuracy requirements of the drawings.
